For most projects, Russ will visit your property to assess the existing conditions, discuss your options, and take measurements. This is also when we discuss the Utah Water Savers rebate process if you're planning a grass removal or zeroscaping install.
You Receive a Detailed Quote
Within 24 hours of the site visit, you'll receive a fully itemized written quote — materials, labor, timeline, and total cost. No ballpark estimates. No surprises later. If we help you with rebate pre-approval, that's included in our guidance at no extra charge.
We Do the Work
Russ and his crew complete the project on the agreed schedule. He's on-site personally throughout. When the job is done, we clean up completely — debris hauled, edges swept, site left finished. Then we follow up to make sure you're satisfied.
